Thank you for visiting my fund raising page.
I sadly lost a beautiful niece Jessica aged 13 in a road traffic accident in 2004. After seeing the heartbreak caused to her parents, sister and grandparents, I have always wanted to find a charity that offered help & support in the weeks, months & years after such devastating circumstances.
I will be swimming the Channel as part of a 5 person relay team any day between the 7th to 12th August in aid of the charity S.C.A.R.D (Support & Care after Road Death & Injury). S.C.A.R.D helps victims of road accidents and their families, in these devastating situations in many different ways. By providing counselling groups, memorial services, legal advice and support and most importantly they educate people about being safe on the roads.
If you would like to sponsor my swim and help S.C.A.R.D. continue the amazing work they do then any donation large or small would be VERY welcome and appreciated.
